Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the right of ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be distributed.

Delivery Method

Customers will receive an email with a download link that they will click on to download their purchased digital products.

Return/Refund Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund.  If the item was purchased, payment received and the buyer did not receive the item in the description, a full refund can be issued, per the seller’s discretion.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until the payment has been processed. Once the payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about items purchased on this website may be sent to theballetsource@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

    • Yes, once you purchase it, I suggest downloading it onto your computer and then loading it to your mobile devices. Thanks for your question!

  2. I purchased the level 1 suite and lost the files from my computer. I tried to download them again through the email but it says the download link is invalid. What do I do?

  3. Hello,
    I just downloaded Curriculum Suite 1 and I’m afraid I’m not technologically astute enough to get it to work. I downloaded to Dropbox and it’s not working. Is there any way you can send it to me in sections?
